In the colder months, it is highly recommended that you add one to your package to be sure the plants don't freeze or go into shock. It is a 40-hour heat pack made explicitly for plants! A heat pack will not be added regardless of temperature unless you add one to your order and we can not ensure the plant will arrive alive without it.
