We put a lot of time and care into packaging your plants as safely as we can. We used USPS Priority to ship the plants in a timely matter so they do not sit in boxes for extended periods of time. We are not responsible if your package arrives upside down or is a clear result of poor traveling with the USPS. This is a risk you take when deciding to ship live plants across the country and hope you are understanding on this matter.
