Often seen in a hanging mount it also looks great in a pot, this fern has a distinct leaf shape. The staghorn is an epiphyte, meaning it grows on other trees, collecting nutrients from the air and water that drips off the host. It also grows happily in a pot and you'll be amazed each time a new leaf unfurls.

Care

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light.

Temperature: This plant will thrive at temperatures of 62-85F.

Water: Drench thoroughly then allow the top 1 inch of soil to dry out before watering again. Water less frequently in winter months when the plant's growth slows.

Humidity: High. To raise the humidity around your plant, place the pot in a shallow saucer full of pebbles. Add water to the saucer until the pebbles are almost submerged. This will create a humid environment for the plant.
