Drosera spatulata ‘Sundew’

The most interesting feature of this Sundew is its glistening red tentacles. These tentacles secrete a sticky dew that attracts insects. Once an insect lands on a tentacle, the tentacle will slowly bend over time, trapping the prey. The plant will then produce digestive enzymes to absorb nutrients from the captured insect.
