The Hoya pubicalyx boasts lush, fleshy leaves that are oval-shaped. The most striking feature is the unique foliage; the upper side of the leaves is a vibrant green with a glossy sheen, while the underside has a silvery-white pubescence, hence the nickname "Silver Dollar Hoya."
